Wind + Fire At OK Ultra

Listen on Spotify | Apple | YouTube

Three things worth talking about in ultrarunning today.

  1. There was a wind event in Stillwater, OK causing problems at MidSouth Gravel. The crazy wind led to fires requiring runners to be extracted from the course.

  2. EcoTrail Paris - I'm running a 50 miler this weekend that starts outside of Paris and ends on the Eiffel Tower. Pack requirements are different than any event I've run in America.

  3. Ryan Ramsby ran Cocodona and is preparing for Tahoe 200 in 2025. We don't hear much about what really goes into training for these things. He's breaking down everything from training, to logistics, nutrition, gear, and more.
